Rental fee is $ 450 (flat fee for 6 hours)

- Tables – 8 ea 8’ft long tables, 12 ea 5’ft round tables
- Chairs – 100 ea metal folding tables
- All cleaning supplies provided ( incl. paper goods. mops, soap, etc.)
Damage Deposit:
The damage deposit will assure the city that funds are available should the event go past its scheduled rental time or any damages occur. Deposits are listed for the following facilities:
- $150 (Refundable after your event & inspection of building)
Reserving the Building:

The rental payment is due at the time of booking the rental in order to reserve the facility. The rental deposit is due five days before your rental. Payment options include cash, check, and credit cards.
After your e-mail is received you will receive an acknowledgment by phone with further instructions. Please include your phone number on all e-mails. If you are sending a completed copy of the rental agreement please be sure to complete all 3 pages.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will not be given when less time is used than the scheduled rental. A $30 administrative fee will be charged for all room reservation cancellations requested more than seven calendar days prior to reservation date and $10 administration fee for pavilion cancellations. Rental payments are non-refundable if the event is canceled within seven days of the rental. Refunds and deposit refunds are typically sent within 21 business days.
